Mother and baby yoga private sessions are available for any woman who has had their 6 week check up. Mother and baby yoga helps any postnatal mother to connect deeply with their baby during this beautiful but sometimes daunting time. These sessions are designed specifically to help ease away physical and emotional tension from lack of sleep and feeding helping to create a strong and toned body coupled with a calm and positive mind.
