beyoga has conducted children’s and adolescent wellbeing incursions at schools and kindergartens since 2001. beyoga has experience teaching anything from a one off class to developing a multi-week wellness program for the entire school.
beyoga believes there is a place for wellbeing in schools to help enhance the emotional intelligence and creativity of school aged children so they can flourish at school and in their lives.
The director of beyoga, Katie, also works with vulnerable children as a holistic counsellor and yoga teacher using a variety of techniques to help children navigate their feelings and emotions.
