A woman goes through many physical and emotional changes as she transitions into menopause. Physical changes can start taking place as early as the 40’s and menopause may not occur, for some until mid 50’s.
From my own experience holistic wellbeing is vitally important through a woman’s transition into menopause. As hormones start to change so does the physical and emotional wellbeing of a woman and this time is called peri-menopause.
