Mother and baby yoga helps any postnatal mother to connect deeply with their baby during this beautiful but sometimes daunting time. These classes are designed specifically to help ease away physical and emotional tension from lack of sleep and feeding helping to create a strong and toned body coupled with a calm and positive mind.

Katie hopes, any new mother can practice in their own home making it easier to work around sleeps and schedules. This postnatal mother and baby yoga practice is suitable for women who have had their 6 week check up.
This post natal session is suitable for women wanting to strengthen their core, pelvic floor muscles and stretch and strengthen all of their body. The classes will focus on the physical but there is also emphasis on hormones and balancing the nervous system with breath and movement.
