Katie’s “Diploma of Health in Yoga” was over 1000 hours of contact study hours which is approx 5 times the standard yoga teaching courses offered by most training organisations today. That coupled with 18 years of teaching experience, you know you are in very capable hands. Katie is relaxed and down to earth and has two teenage sons and has experienced everything she teaches.
